No, you do not need a team to participate. You can join solo and find teammates at the event. Teams are capped at 5 members.
You can find teammates in the HackaBull Discord or during the team-formation session at the start of the event.
No, you are not required to have a project idea beforehand. There will be time to brainstorm ideas and form teams at the start of the event.
Bring your ID, laptop, and charger — plus any gear you want to use. If you're staying overnight, grab a blanket and your essentials. Wear comfy clothes. We've got the food and Wi-Fi covered!
No experience is required! There will be a track specifically for beginners, as well as workshops and mentors at the event to help you succeed.
We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make HackaBull VII a success! Volunteers help with registration, logistics, mentoring, and various event activities. It's a great way to be part of the hackathon community and gain experience.
Yes! Volunteers receive food throughout the event and exclusive SHPE merch.
Volunteers will be assigned shifts, so you won't need to be there the entire time. We'll share the shift schedule closer to the event.
